Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Stroh Vineyard in Potter Valley, this sparkling wine captures the essence of Mendocino County. Made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, it pours crisp and bright with delicate bubbles and notes of wild strawberry, coastal breeze, lilac, honeysuckle, and a twist of tangerine.
