Our Blanc de Blanc is composed of Chardonnay grapes sourced from two of our highly regarded vineyards, Red Hen and Linda Vista. The 27 months en tirage is long enough for this wine to have developed the lovely yeasty and creamy characters of longer aging on the secondary fermentation yeast lees, while still preserving the beautifully dominant and intense fruit flavors from the Chardonnay grapes of these outstanding vineyard blocks.

TASTING NOTES
This inaugural vintage of Blanc de Blanc is one for the record. It greets you with notes of granny smith apple, d'Anjou pear, and lingering aromas of Meyer lemon blossom. The bright acidity is complemented by a creamy mid palate. Flavors of fresh brioche, lemon zest, and macadamia nuts dance along your palate. Pair this wine with any dishor your next special occasion.
