Deep ruby in color and medium-bodied, this wine has dominant flavors of black
cherry, black currant and dark plum. It has a mouth-coating spiciness with subtle
mocha and cedar box tones, and a balance of acidity and well-integrated tannins.
This wine pairs well with steak, beef (grilled, roasted, prime rib), lamb, pork,
chicken, and duck.
